Made reservations for a street glide on bike week 2020 in Nov 2019. When I arrived I was given a 2005 ultra classic with 36000 miles with a broken antenna, fuel door and pretty well beaten up. When I questioned it they became very defensive and basically told me to take it or leave it, they had nothing else for me, even though there was a street glide right next to it. Would definitely not recommend
