I did not know what to expect when coming here, mixed reviews, but happy to say that it went well. I was dropping off a load. Security guard is very polite, give him your paperwork, he will give it back, go to the staging area, which is right by the shipping/receiving door, not far. Check in, I was assigned a door right away, dock, slide tandems and disconnect, bobtail towards the shipping/receiving door go past it and park to your left, yard jockey will let you know when the load is done. Muy buen servicio, buen staff. Mi appointment era a las 7:30am. Hice check in a las 3:15 am, me dieron puerta inmediatamente. Me estacioné, desconecte el tráiler y me fui al área de staging, a las 5:50 am me tocaron puerta para recoger mis papeles, fui por mi tráiler, enganche y salí. No esperaba este servicio tan rápido, ya que había tenido una muy mala experiencia en Kansas City con ellos mismos.
Unless you like sitting for hours upon hours to get loaded just to get iver loaded, skip this place. What a joke.
