I am very thankful that this urgent care was able to help me complete my pre operative physical for an urgent surgery. My primary was booked for weeks and many other urgent cares don't offer this service. The staff were all very courteous and worked well with my surgeons office so that my surgery didn't have to be delayed.
Terrible and poor medical service!!!!!!! I do not recommend this place. They don't know what they're doing.
I visited this Midwest Minor Medical twice this year. Both times, the staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. The wait time to be seen was short. I was in and out within an acceptable about of time.
DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE IF YOU ARE SICK. THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU, ESPECIALLY IF THEY THINK YOU HAVE COVID! CHARGED US $500 FOR AN OFFICE VISIT AND TESTING. BUT DID NOTHING TO TREAT US. AND THEY EVEN GOT ANGRY AT US FOR ASKING FOR MEDICATION! THE PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT LITERALLY STORMED OUT OF THE ROOM AND SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE TO HELP US!!! IT WAS SCARY AND COST OF US LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY. I SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE NEBRASKA ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR NEGLIGENCE AND CHARING US MONEY FOR NOTHING. GO GET TESTED BY NOMI FO... read more
