Dr winter was very kind and compassionate to my son, who was very scared for the urgent care check. She was also incredibly thorough with all the instructions and treatments and did an excellent job.
I feel blessed to live close to this urgent care! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot today, the staff was there to offer kind and efficient assistance. They were very forthcoming with pricing and billing options, and thorough with their questions regarding my health and background. This urgent care is incredible. They truly listen to you and do their absolute best to make sure your cared for. I went in for severe neck issues and they got me into a spine doctor within 3 hours!! Never had a doctor push for me to get into a specialist so quickly. 10/10 recommend. Will be the only urgent care I go to from now on
How does one go into an URGENT care facility, tell them you have a bee sting and are highly allergic then proceed to make you go through all the intake paperwork, vitals and waiting...just to tell you they can't help you??? THIS WHOLE TIME? This whole time could've been used to get to a hospital or different facility. How would anyone know a literal urgent care couldn't handle an allergic reaction? Don't go here. This place has gone downhill in the past years and more so recently with the new management. Except from the reception staff, who have changed over time but were generally kind and professional, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The rest of the staff came across as rude and dismissive.. After waiting a long time, despite requesting to see a doctor, I was seen by unqualified and unprofessional nurse Jill Allen instead.
