The staff here is fantastic - rave reviews from me.
The ladies up front were very polite and kind. A patient before me had a bad diarrhea episode in the bathroom and they treated her with compassion, discretion, and empathy. I had to wait awhile to see the PA but she was professional, kind, and gentle. She asked questions and did not in any way rush the consultation. I was glad I went and will be back.
PLEASE READ Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. The care is not the issue, when they accidentally charge your card without any authorization or consent, and then have have a bunch of numbers out online where NO ONE even answers the phone, you will regret ever going. They apparently have one guy named Ben that handles all of the billing questions, for all locations!! Half the time i called the line was just busy! No one could help me and i will never go back. Every visit I have had great service and quality care!! They took my concerns very seriously and help put me at ease. Great bunch of people!!
During the entire office visit with the doctor taking personal calls from the wife and doing work on his laptop, only to be told he didn't know what I had and couldn't do anything............now we try to call the office to see about getting a prescription and no one answers. There's a long message saying to call another number, only to get the same message. This place is a joke!!!
I would like to thank the people at the Urgent care. They saw me twice in 3 days. and they helped me. I would recommend them to anyone. everything seems to be healing just fine. Thanks
I was very ill, went in on a Sat. morning, didn't have to wait at all, and was surrounded by excellent staff! I connected with the doctor & felt very satisfied with my treatment.
Extremely flexible hours and a staff that is wonderfully helpful and friendly.
I went to this place with my asthma OUT OF CONTROL. First off - these people care! You can tell if people are working a job or passionate about their work! I'm feeling so much better! Dr. Yvonne is a rockstar & the whole staff!! Thank you so much!!!
