On website said open today. Went there said closed... Go to 140th and Q ...went there they were closed too.....went to 86th and dodge. Waited 40 minutes.. Totally disorganized what is the point of have a website and automated phone system saying are open. Just to find a piece of paper to the door.
The staff was excellent. I was moving and fell down some stairs. I ended up breaking my big toe in 2 different places. I wobbled my way in and they treated me quickly. I didn't have my insurance card, and I think her name was Ashley she told me not to worry just bring it in w/ in 48 hours. They brought a wheelchair to transport me back to x ray. My mother was calling to check on me, and my phone died. Ashley went and brought me her personal charger so i could let my mom know i was on. There was another girl who wrapped me up... read more
Checking account was charged by this company today, yet I was never provided with a statement. I understand medical bills are difficult to collect, but where do you get off charging me without me knowing what you are billing me for? Good luck talking to someone. You have to leave a message and hopefully someone will call you back.
If it was possible to give negative stars I would. The 84th and Q street location. THE WORST BUSINESS AND SUPPOSEDLY HEALTHCARE PLACE IN THE STATE. DONT EVER GO THERE. Through out the years I have frequented this joke of a business that's supposed to help you. My visits go back from 10yrs prior to this Wednesday.Every time I have had to go there because of necessity and it's close location to my house. NEVER again. It has never improved. I thought I had a scratched cornea and was sent here from the minute clinic at CVS when my regular doctor couldn't get me in. Since I couldn't see well the front desk gal helped me with all my paperwork and get me set. They seemed pretty thorough with the questioning and my medical history before they saw me since it was my first visit. The support staff was very friendly and thorough as well. I loved Dr. Pratt.
