I fell off a ladder outside trimming trees. I couldn't get up. My husband called for help. The EMT's arrived promptly and we're so nice and caring in transporting me to the ER. They did everything possible to make me as comfortable as possible, as I was in extreme pain. I am so grateful for their help, service and compassionate professionalism.
