Compared to my previous thermal imaging provider, these folks 1) completely explain the procedure, 2) provide a follow-up discussion after the scan, 3) call you or email you within days with your results (you can also have a hard copy sent to yourself or your doctor), and 4) Are really engaged and personable, with extra materials provided for education when needed.
