My family took my friend to this horrible hospital last Friday after she fell in her driveway while unleashing the dog. She fell on the concrete injured her head, lip,face, arm and leg. We took her to the ER and she had to stand in the hallway. She was asked personal questions in front of the other patients. There was NO privacy/ definitely NO observance of HIPPA here. I like the new medical center. The doctors are very caring. The center setup itself is efficient. I like that there are so many doctors and services under one roof; you don't have to go far if you need a specialist or testing. The Blood Lab crew are awesome! They are very skilled--everything is quick, relaxed, and totally painless. I highly recommend.
I took my new born there and we sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours then when they finally called us in we sat in the room for another 2 hours and finally walked out and made an appoitment for her else where!!
I think it is a great idea to have all your doctors under one roof. The customer support is great. I have only had one problem with a doctor which was handled promptly by the director himself.
I LOVE MY DOCTOR. BIG BUSY PLACE BUT HAS A GEM DOCTOR, DR. FARAH. I TRUST MY AND MY FAMILY LIFE IN HIS HANDS. I HIGHLY RECOOMEND HIM. DR FARAJ IS FAMILY TO US. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
I took my daughter to visit the pediatrician and found this place to be top notch. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. The facilities were clean and maintained. We visited an excellent doctor who was professional, caring and humble. She took the time to explain things and made us all feel at ease. I would recommend this clinic and their staff.
This place is nothing but a sweat shop and creates a hostile work environment for their employees. The management needs to be educated with appropriate management skills. People are fired for the smallest of infractions and treated like animals. Shame on the managing physicians for not recognizing the destruction of good people in a horrible horrible environment.
IF YOU PAY IN CASH MAKE SURE YOU GET A HAND WRITEN RECIEPT CUZ IF YOU HAVE ANY PROMBLES THOSE YELLOW COPY THEY GIVE YOU AS YOU RECIEPT MEANS NOTTING I PAY 120.00 AND SOMEONE THERE TOOK IT AND DID NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY IT AGAIN.THE LADY WHO TOOK MY INFOR WHEN I CHECK IN ALSO TOOK MY MONEY.THEY HAVE A THIFE WORKING FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AND THE ONE STAR RATING IS NOT LOW ENOUGH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On July 28,2008 Botsford hospital killed my daughter and almost took my finances' life. She was born and there were no precautions nor any kind of measures taken. they just let her die.
