Jeanie is fantastic and so very helpful! She was extremely accommodating for scheduling our checks and treatments. Plus she answered all my questions for how best to navigate it in the house. She was so wonderful with my 4 year old and explained what she was doing to keep her clam. I recommend going, even for checks, the peace of mind is worth it.
This was my second time using services (unfortunately) and I can’t stop saying how much of a blessing Jeanne is. This time around my 6 year old son who is autistic was infected. After assessing what would freak him out the least and acknowledging he wouldn’t sit through a treatment, Jeanne offered to just shave his head. I was referred to Jeanne by a local salon owner. I never would have thought this was a service I would need to use. My school aged daughter had head lice. I instantly panicked when I found out, I have never had experience with lice. I reached out to Jeanne who was able to get us in right away. Jeanne also assured me everything would be okay.
