The staff cares about your needs
This dealership will not respond, period! I tried calling, left message no return call I left a text, it sent back, "Call the dealership" I tried Scheduling through their web site, still no call back. I will be contacting KIA USA next!
Needed a battery replacement. No availability until March. Oil change service takes more than 2 hours.
Called to inquire if my Soul had a recall on the engine. Gave them the VIN number and they said they would have to check it out to see if it qualified for the recall. I paid a tow truck to take it to them. I hadn't heard anything after 3 weeks so I called and was told they hadn't looked at it yet. I called 2 weeks later and was again told they hadn't looked at it but she would check and see when they could. After about 10 minutes she came back on the phone and said she looked up the VIN and it did not qualify for the recall.... read more
