Denise was awesome scheduling my recall work appointment. AND following up after. This was the best experience I've ever had here, IN SPITE OF.... I own a 2013 soul w/standard transmission. Just had my clutch replaced last week. Asked twice, "can you drive a stick?" I didn't stay to watch, and I should have. The 'technician' assigned to do my service DID NOT know how to drive a standard transmission. They disconnected my battery to do my work, and didn't brush off the posts or clamps when they reconnected. I'm really not sur... read more

This dealership will not respond, period! I tried calling, left message no return call I left a text, it sent back, "Call the dealership" I tried Scheduling through their web site, still no call back. I will be contacting KIA USA next!
