I had Mid West Irrigation replace a spigot and less than a year later it was still leaking so I had them out to my house to see why it was leaking. They stated it was my hose and charged me for the service call. After 10 years of being a customer I felt like they really didn't care and when I called to ask why I was charged they told me it was my fault because I should have checked the hose (the spigot still needs to be replaced) and said I am 1 of 1000 customers and there's nothing they can do about the service call.
