I bring my mother here & her appointments are regularly 30 minutes late at minimum. Office in Chesterton is old & tiny.
Went to a seminar with a friend. Was very impressed with the knowledge and kindness the doctor and ladies showed. Then I called to make an appointment. The receptionists were so kind, then called to make sure I had all my new patient forms filled out. Get to the office, again so wonderful. They really need to give other receptionists classes on kindness, knowledge and overall adequate.
Front desk staff and nurses are great. Doctors are constantly late. Doctor Shetty doesn't listen to my advice. Plus, it's the first time I've ever heard a doctor say "there's nothing more I can do." I'd imagine there are better alternatives out there. Ask around first. Don't waste 8 months of your time like I did.
The entire staff here is beyond amazing! I have been dealing with chronic back pain for years. After going elsewhere Dr. Shetty was the first one to listen, understand, and come up with a solution for my pain. This is the first time in years that I have felt normal.
Back Pain? Other practitioners failed you, and you fear you’re going to be stuck with pain forever? LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This practice goes ABOVE & BEYOND for all of your needs. They will build a relationship with you, earn your trust, and LISTEN TO YOU!! When the others failed me, I gave Dr. Shetty a try. I was at my wits end. This man saved my back. I am no longer in the pain I was in, and am able to be more active with my children. Do not pass this office up. Give them a try, I promise you will not regret it.
