It's great there they have lot of experts there and will assist you with anything you and if you are unfortunately stuck with an interlock device please do your self a favor and go see Mandy before you get stuck with an intoxalock device and end up hating driving your vehicle for the next 12 months
Midwest Intense Audio did an excellent job installing my Compustar remote start system. I previously had one installed at another "pro dealer" in Tucson, AZ that caused issues with the factory alarm and was inconvenient to use, so I had it removed. Tuck tail and run from this place. While waiting for customers who were ahead of me I watched two leave unsatisfied and heard one on the phone complaining about the service in which the desk lady responded very unprofessionally to saying she has no time for this and hung up. Then when it was my time to have a stereo installed it took 4 hours for them just to tell me they couldn’t get audio through the speakers from the stereo which they proceeded to still charge me $400 for. When I first came to this shop I had never done anything like it before car speakers were new to me. I called them be use everyone said they treated their costumers like family. I had no idea how well that described this shop. I took time to write this ,I got the system installed months ago and even tho I had no idea what to look for or ask for they got me setup with the best system I’ve ever heard in a car, love these people and their work I plan to do business with them in the future.
