I have had an excellent experience with Midwest Storage. The Manager at this location is extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful during the rental process and made it a pleasure to rent a storage unit at Midwest storage. The facility is immaculately maintained. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a climate controlled storage facility. Also, the monthly rental rates are very reasonable.
Jonathan was a gem. Even made me have a much needed laugh. The location and space was exactly what I needed. I might have to upgrade to a larger unit, but they definitely gained a customer for as long as I live here.
Incredibly easy move in/out and kind staff. Fully online move-in. My access code was ready within the hour. I registered online after business hours and was able to access my storage facility within the hour with the code I created online. When I arrived there were multiple moving carts available as well as a garage for loading and unloading. Very clean facility. Highly recommend.
Johnathon works hard to make sure you have everything you need to make your moving experience as smooth as possible. The storage units are very clean and well kept. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you Johnathon!
This is a very nice facility and we had no issues getting a unit and we were able to use the transport van to haul our items. Highly recommend.
