I had a great experience at Midwest. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. Moving items was easy with a drive in bay and plenty of carts. The staff onsite during the day always greeted me and offered assistance, and showed me how everything works when I moved in. Love this facility and the flexibility that they offer. Jonathan was very helpful with the move in. He made sure that I was paying the right amount between two units. Cleaning staff was polite and friendly.
Jonathon was great getting us set up and helping us move into our unit.
