In the beginning when I called Midwest storage, I talked to a man named Nathan and he was really a great young man. Great customer service with me as the days went on. Was very helpful and made sure everything was good after I have rented to make sure it was up to my standards would recommend this place to all my family and friends
Great service, helpful staff, great clean facility. The elevator is spacious and moves pretty fast. The doors are easy to open and close and I have seen several handycap accessable units during my visits. Would definitely recommend!
