My wife and I used a big storage unit there for 4 years, and we were satisfied. But this week we discovered extensive mildew on many clothes and other items. We had to spend $500 on dry cleaning the clothes, and we threw away the other infected items. Yesterday we moved everything out of the storage unit. We think that the building is kept at a wider range of temperatures than when we first moved in.

Units were easily accessible and facility kept clean especially the bathroom.. temperature was always pleasant and snow removal was well done. Staff has always been outstanding and knew many by first names
They were very professional and had a moving truck that I could use to get all my stuff to the storage unit. It was very nice to have an all climate storage unit for all my stuff. Jonathan was nice and accommodating. He stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions.
