My husband went to this clinic to start getting infusions. He saw is Same doctor he always see. Was given asap referral to get started.Girls at front desk dropped the ball not getting copy of insurance card.They called two weeks after our appointment.I got it to them is less than 2 hours.They said needs pa and would start working on.A week or so later I called and no work done on it.Al in all they never did anything with it or did he have infusions.Caĺled our clinic in Rocherster MN and was seen same day.🤔
Midwest Infusion Center has been a disappointment administratively with their inaccurate records and dysfunctional processes. Wonderful nurses, but there has to be a better option.

I do not believe there are any immunologists here except for allergy/ immunologists 6/23
I get monthly infusions. The staff is great. Experts at inserting IVs. Let's not forget Lynn, who works the front making appointments. Always one step ahead.
