Terrible customer service. The women at the front desk were very polite but the doctor was rude. He stated that he had a key for me to lock my personal belongings up and once I was done undressing and asked for it he said it was broken. I got an MRI and he had a 6ft stepladder for me to step up on to the table with. He had regular pillows on the MRI table to support my elbows which he didn’t help me adjust and they kept slipping out. He said the room temperature was set to 70F degrees. Strictly reviewing my experience with the actual MRI. When the MRI tech found out how anxious I was due to my claustrophobia he did everything he could to reassure me and make me comfortable. I’ve had numerous MRI’s but he still talked me through everything he was doing to prep me, assured me he would be right in the next room if I needed anything, and encouraged me and kept me updated during the imaging. Getting an MRI is never a pleasant experience for someone like me but he made it easier to get through.
The people that work there were very polite to me and very understanding and the tech that did my mri she was awesome talked to me the whole time reassuring me that everything was okay cause I was a little nervous but otherwise it went by quick and just before I knew it the test was done ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know
