My car was booked in for its 75000 Km service at Midwest Hyundai on the 4th February. On the 6th February I noticed oil from the engine bay and when we opened the engine bonnet, we saw the oil filler cap left on the engine bay rubber (see picture 1) So guess the oil filler cap shouldn’t be left there(Picture dated 5th February 2026) So phoned Midwest auto group and sent them a picture of where the filter cap had been left and the engine oil all over the engine bay. I have a hyundai santa fe highlander 2022. I have an issue with the front parking sensor, which I brought to the service departments attention, with picture and video proof. Anyways, picked car up after its 2nd service and was told that nothing was wrong with sensor, they checked it and all was good. I got it home and low and behold it didn't work when I drove into my garage. I told service team that it is still not working and they took my car in to be checked again. Absolute bunch of hacks at this dealership. My Mum had her 2015 Tucson in for a logbook service this week. She dropped the car off with a full tank of fuel, had the service done and paid the $590 and then left for home down in Dongara.
