Excessive call back...the roof the replaced never leaked...the new one did...problems with the valleys....missing a shingle...caps coming up...damaged gutters...did not replace diverters...some roof lines were off... Not what I exspected....probably the the best sub contractor to who pick by Midwest to do quality work.
As of today my roof is officially wrapped up after a years long battle. All I can say is thank you. And especially thank you Mike Acord. He fought on my side, against Allstate, for over a year to get me the best deal I could have hoped for. The roof looks great in my unprofessional opinion. This is the third roofing company I've ever dealt with, and this is by far my best experience.
