Terrible follow through on finishing the house and ZERO help in getting the manufacturer to complete the warranty work that needs completed. House was set March 12, 2025, electricity was hooked up April 4th, 2025, Moved in May 12th because we were tired of waiting on someone to tell us when they would be there to wrap up the rest of setup work and warranty work (everything was easily done around a lived in space) and no one has been on site or initiated contact since prior to May 20, 2025. Drove from out of town. Arrived 1 hour from closing and the gate was locked. No answer when I called.
Great service and even better people! Very satisfied with my home. Highly recommend.
What a joke. Made an appt, they were closed when I hot there. Drove over 90 minutes to get there.
