Supposed to do a chimney sweep but worker stated he was getting too old to go up on the roof to clean it. Claims he could effectively clean the chimney from the bottom. (Not from what I've since been told!!!) Never rec'd a reply or inquiry from Midwest when communicated my dissatisfaction. Poor job; poor service; no communication!
