They never checked for leaks. Never found the issue (it was a sensing bulb that wore through from vibrations). It's the fault of the installer for poorly securing the bulb line. The installer was also Midwest heating and cooling. Instead of addressing the issue, they installed an unnecessary dryer/filter and charged me about $1000 for coolant that they had previously an hour before vented into the atmosphere. "It doesn't all pump down" they said. A good 14 pounds out of a total of 18 pounds didn't pump down. Let me tell you ... read more
