We've had 2 appointments here both times we had to wait 3 hours to see the doctor. Something is seriously wrong with their scheduling.
My grandma has been in contact with this office for DAYS now trying to get an order for a PET scan sent to my grandpa's insurance company (it should've been done on Friday when they discovered a complete blockage in an artery). As of today, IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE. The insurance lady was to have called her back yesterday and she has still not received a call. I’d give 0 stars if I could. This office is absolutely negligent and it’s unacceptable. They have left a man with a complete blockage in his heart sitting for a WEEK now calling daily, MULTIPLE TIMES, to get a PET scan scheduled that should’ve been scheduled before he ever left the building. Does your office not give a damn, truely, about their patients. A WEEK LATER AND GARY LEE’s test result has not be sent to his insurance for aurthorization for a PET scan that he needs.
