Had another fabulous experience at Midwest Heart & Vascular today. I was seen promptly and my EKG and vitals check were completed quickly and efficiently. Then visited with NP Angela Rice who is always thorough in her explanations and is very friendly and personable. Dr. Rachel Sosland came in shortly. She explained my current condition and test results and asked the right questions. She and Ms. Rice are both very competent and delightful. Highly recommended!
We've had 2 appointments here both times we had to wait 3 hours to see the doctor. Something is seriously wrong with their scheduling.
My grandma has been in contact with this office for DAYS now trying to get an order for a PET scan sent to my grandpa's insurance company (it should've been done on Friday when they discovered a complete blockage in an artery). As of today, IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE. The insurance lady was to have called her back yesterday and she has still not received a call. I’d give 0 stars if I could. This office is absolutely negligent and it’s unacceptable. They have left a man with a complete blockage in his heart sitting for a WEEK now calling daily, MULTIPLE TIMES, to get a PET scan scheduled that should’ve been scheduled before he ever left the building. They’re putting someone’s entire life at risk, someone who is one of the most important people in the world to MANY of his loved ones. It’s incredibly disheartening and honestly, appalling.
