Dr. Keller was very rude and unprofessional! I told him I was having trouble with 1 ear, my nose and throat. His response: I don't have time for all that. I was 25 min early, waited at front desk to be helped for about 10 min. then given tablet to fill in identifying and medical information and I had trouble with tablet. So it was not my fault I was late being called to back to see Dr.Keller.
Be prepared to ripped off. I paid my copay and got an additional bill for just looking at my ear!! No procedures were done but I got billed for it. Complete rip off.
Took my daughter in to have her adenoids looked at. Doctor looked at her tonsils and adenoids. A routine 15 minute visit and got a bill for $400.
