Although my son had good service from Dr Keller we will not be back. We were charged hundreds of dollars for a 10 min consultation and no procedure. When I called to ask if the bill was a mistake the administrator said it was not. She proceeded to tell me that new patients are charged more. I said well we are self pay. We do have Medi-share but it IS NOT health insurance. It is a healthcare sharing program. They picked up only $40 of the total cost. Place is a joke go to grand island if you’re looking for something local.
Despite living in Kearney we’ve been going to Dr. Keller for 12 years! Dr. Keller is always so thorough, caring, and easy to talk to. Plus much more reasonably priced than other ENTs in the area. We highly, highly recommend Dr. Keller and his whole team!
Dr. Keller was very rude and unprofessional! I told him I was having trouble with 1 ear, my nose and throat. His response: I don't have time for all that. I was 25 min early, waited at front desk to be helped for about 10 min. then given tablet to fill in identifying and medical information and I had trouble with tablet. So it was not my fault I was late being called to back to see Dr.Keller.
