My hearing aids were messed up and they showed what was wrong and assistance to fix the problem on my own in the future
Seth was incredibly patient, insightful, skilled, and friendly. He took extra time to listen to me and asked questions to assure the best adjustment for my hearing aids. He even added an extra setting so I can hear better when listening to and performing music!
