I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tom at Midwest Hearing. He provided exceptional care throughout the entire process, from initial testing to fitting me with the perfect hearing aids for my specific needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to address all my concerns. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking expert audiologist care.
Picked up a new hearing aid charger on Friday afternoon from the tech. Went to use it Friday night and the hearing aids do not fit the charger! Would recommend that the charger be checked with hearing aids before client leaves. I am now stuck with no hearing aids all weekend due to not being able to charge them. Very frustrating. Otherwise Dr Tom is a great audiologist and took time with me during appointment.
I had my hearing checked after having a middle ear infection. She was very thorough and explained everything. It was very interesting! Very pleasant experience and professional.
Update: November 18, 2025; My Mom had an appointment on this day for a ear mold fitting at 4 pm. Midwest cancelled one appointment already. Her old ear mold was shot and not fitting well granted it is 6 years old. Midwest unfortunately dropped the ball here on the first order for an ear mold was reported "lost in the mail" via USPS, which is possible.
