The company is okay they treat their employees unfairly, and they are very rude to employees as well as our family and other clients! the pay is extremely low for the area they are located in! They also have a high turnover rate with employees and clients as well. My family was very thankful for the help from all who came to assist my grandmother however, we left the company because they never would call and tell us a caregiver was not coming and the insurance company had set days for assistance. I am very impressed with the staff at Midwest Healthcare. Their caregivers are dependable and friendly. The customer service from Michelle and the office staff was outstanding. They are easy to talk to and attended to all of our needs. Thank you for great service.
Highly recommend this Company! The office staff are extremely professional and courteous. They give my husband the best care and the aides go above and beyond to help us. They answer the phone when we call, no answering machines, on-call 24/7. My husband and I are very pleased and happy to have Midwest Health Care Services!
Don't do it. They bill sporadically, they bill incorrectly, and their scheduling abilities are awful. It seemed like they treated the caregiver poorly, as well. The caregiver was top-notch, but the one time we had an alternate caregiver, the service was poor.
