Company is poorly run, more concerned with profits than the care it Provides to its Residents. Staff arent trained and low payed and understaffed, horrible local reputation. If you value your family member, take them somewhere else.
Understaffed for the cost, building is in need of repairs, but they eliminated the maintenance position. Staff is untrained, not equipped to properly care for their Residents. It's long term care hiding in an Assisted Living Setting. Take your family elsewhere.

Terrible place dirty inside and out. Very rude staff and management is hard to get in contact with. All their medical equipment looks to be in bad shape.
Best place in the Leavenworth area. Beautiful facility, perfectly operated with a loving, kind, attentive staff; great food; lots of fun activities.
