RecommendedBy far the best place to work out in Joe Daviess County. Approachable staff. Not cramped but still an active room. Broad range of affordable group fitness classes.
Their water exercise programs in Galena and East Dubuque I have participated in them for the last 2 1/2 years So thankful they offer the classes so you can make them work along with your normal work schedule THANK YOU Becky & Krissy 😁
