Owner Chris is such a nice guy! Nothing but good vibes and fun here. Love that the cardio is up on the loft, some old school machines that work well. Never miss the opportunity to come here with my other half.
Absolutely love the vibe in this gym. Feels old school in the best way. Several machines for every angle, every attachment you can think of for the cable machines, and awesome music. But that dumbbell rack….the stories those dumbbells must have!!! Easy to fall in love with this place as soon as you walk in the door.
Midwest Health and Fitness is the original and best bodybuilding gym in Hudson Whenever I’m in the city I always make a point to stop by. The new location is incredible and Chris has created a gym the everyone can use. I wish we had on in Minneapolis
Great gym! Has 24/7 access, plenty of equipment and friendly members and staff!
