The crew was very thorough, listened to my concerns, did not try to upsell, and worked very hard the entire time they were here. They also contacted central dispatch to let them know the bill needed adjusted because one service wasn't needed. They were respectful and displayed much integrity. They cleaned the smelly muck out of our gutter (after removing covers they didn't install) and wiped them completely clean with a rag and bucket of water. I was very impressed at the quality of the job performed.
I have used Midwest gutter cleaning twice. One for a cleaning and repair work and recently for a cleaning of the gutters after the fall of the maple seeds as the expected trees started growing in my gutters. Extremely easy to set up the appointment and great communication from this company. They do a solid job. No hesitation here to use again and to refer. You’ll be completely satisfied as I am.
Great experience! 3 of our 4 downspouts were clogged after heavy storms in the area, causing our gutters to overflow. The Midwest team provided seamless service and great communication! Loved getting this splash block for our front downspout as well. Highly recommend this company!
