Do NOT RENT from this property group. They purchased the apartments on 1881 Mechanic Ave in Saint Paul in January 2022 and do not take care of the place or its tenants. Broken washing and drying machines, graffiti all over the mailboxes, dirty hallways with trash, the laundry room is filthy (trash all over the floor), and more. Lawn/snow maintenance is poor. The worse place in the world very unsafe dirty I'm still wanting for my emergency deposit it's almost been two months since I moved out they keep giving me the run around very very bad people please don't rent from them
Nothing was repaired. Half the exterior lights were out. Sure made is easy for thieves to steal cat. converters and complete cars. Interior hall light fixtures were not fixed either. Mold issues just patched over. Half the washing machines in the laundry room were out of commission. The office never returned calls to tenants or future potential landlords when many of us needed to move because of illness due to mold issues. Also did not send out CRPs during tax season. Great company that is looking to truly help if possible, and the owner and employees are just as great . Communication has always been easy, as well as maintenance requests. They have immediately attended to whatever needs we've needed addressed in a timely manner and with professionalism and kindness. Have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so!
