Sure, you could go with the big fancy corporately owned organizations. But I am certainly glad that my wife’s family decided to use this place for her father. Each person there went above and beyond. Including the owner make sure that we were personally taken care of. This place has a heart to make sure your loved one gets the respect and care that the need during a time like this. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!

I just wanted to Thank you for taking such good care of my little Jakjak. You were understanding beyond words. He may have been "just a dog" to some but you you treated him like what he was.. our family member and I really appreciate it. Thank you again.
After losing my son this past January we turned to Midwest. This is the 3rd family member to have services here. John and his staff were so caring and attentative to our needs. I highly recommend Midwest Funeral Home.

To disrespect anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one is unprofessional. You should be ashamed of your employees behavior.
Your staff needs to learn some professionalism. To mistreat an officer and his wife when they're mourning the loss of a loved one is absolutely unacceptable. These officers and their families sacrifice more than you'll ever know and this is the respect they get?
