Did an awesome job installing flooring.
If I could give a negative rating I would 1 star too good for this company Do not use this company!!! We had flooring installed and the lead worker arrived no knowing he was supposed to pick up material, also asked where the closest lowes or Home Depot was to get plastic to cover everything. Left came back started to put up plastic then stopped so nothing was covered. There was so much dust everywhere. In cabinets and adjacent rooms…it took days to totally clean the whole house. I'd give them a negative number if I could! Lowes hired them them to install my new floors. I was given a lot of false info by the dude that came to take the measurements. Needless to say, I was SHOCKED when the installers arrived and said they couldn't do the work they were hired to do until a lot of extra work was done to get my floors ready. I specifically asked Lowes and the 1st flooring employee the very question about prep work and was told it wasn't necessary and the flooring could be installed......whic... read more
We were very pleased with our recent carpet installation. The two installers were professional, on task and friendly throughout the time they were here. They did an excellent job and if given a grade, it would be A++. The Shoemakers
9/16/21 Our ceramic tile installer was fantastic. He took full responsibility for the entire floor. He worked around granite installers, plumbers, cleaning ladies and still kept a terrific attitude. He never took breaks, he hurried and was extremely picky about the quality of his work. Angel was his name. Ken
Can I do less than 1?? What a joke. Hey management, get them a watch !! Be there in 5? 2 hours later nobody. Lowes, find another vendor!!
cannot be counted on. 3 cancellations, zero accountability. When you call them, they act like your bothering them and pass you down the hold line on phone. They failed to compete job dispute three times, last one left me waiting on them with no call etc. I had to scratch and claw to finally speak to Craig who was better at listening and not blaming me because they don’t have the right equipment.
