Lydia at the Valpo office is very caring and attentive to all of our questions and needs! She explains things very articulately and is compassionate. She made me feel comfortable at every visit.
I have never met an entire group that is so kind and patient. This is my first time going through treatments of any kind like this. It’s a vulnerable time and everyone there has made me feel so comfortable. Lydia is very informative and patient and is genuinely just a gentle person. I haven’t even finished my process and I already would refer this facility just based off of the communication and patience alone.

They didn’t pay attention to my wife’s hormone levels despite every other day appointments. This resulted in them attempting to retrieve the eggs when her estrogen levels were not high enough, therefore killing all the eggs, which was a huge mistake on their end. We did not get a full refund, (of course). This place is filled with crooks, especially Doctor M. They didn’t seem to care and did not have a good explanation for why the retrieval failed.
Do not go here unless you want to get robbed, and botched surgeries. I can’t recommend enough, that you DO NOT go here. Dr madanes botched my surgery and had zero explanation afterwards. Then CHARGED ME $100 to tell me he doesn’t know why he unsuccessfully did surgery on me. This man is a scumbag and a thief. Do not give this place a single penny.
