The girls in Valpo have been amazing from blood draws to ultrasounds. They always make me feel comfortable and salt ease through this difficult process. Dr. Madanes is knowledgeable and kind. Kristen and Brittany are the best! I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Madanes is clearly competent and experienced, but the staff at this clinic is far less so. If you are going to work with them, be ready to advocate for yourself. They have forgotten to give me the tools I need (temperature tracking), forgotten to send in prescriptions, didn't do tests I needed based on my case, so I had to wait additional weeks to move forward, didn't return phone calls. Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Made an appointment online. Received a confirmation. Showed up to the facility for it to be closed. I called the main line. They informed me that no appointment was made in valpo. I asked how do I have a confirmation number and time slot then. She told me to go online and make another appointment. Don’t waste your time doing that. You’ll waste your time.
Lydia at the Valpo office is very caring and attentive to all of our questions and needs! She explains things very articulately and is compassionate. She made me feel comfortable at every visit.
