Great experience so far…
Terrible time getting paid for a hail claim. We have fought this every step of the way and now the final check they gave us was thousands short! We are going with a different company and would never recommend.
While my car was getting fixed, they said said they’d provide a rental car as part of the deal without mentioning id have to pay for some fees that were never mentioned and they wouldn’t waive them.
Avoid at all costs.
I've had MFM for years and they (Stephen, the adjustor) was awesome! He worked very well with the body shop and communicated with me very well. I was an agent for years and I know good companies and bad. I've been with them for 15 years or so and I'll never switch!
