I hired M Carlson Painting LLC which is insured by Midwest Family Mutual. M Carlson Painting damaged my home for $4,185 in damages to the ceiling in two locations and to my handle rail going up the stairs. Midwest Family Mutual sent out an adjuster who agreed with all the damages, but weeks later they want to push this claim off to a subcontractor of M Carlson. Great experience so far…
Terrible time getting paid for a hail claim. We have fought this every step of the way and now the final check they gave us was thousands short! We are going with a different company and would never recommend.
While my car was getting fixed, they said said they’d provide a rental car as part of the deal without mentioning id have to pay for some fees that were never mentioned and they wouldn’t waive them.
Avoid at all costs.
