Avoid at all costs.
I've had MFM for years and they (Stephen, the adjustor) was awesome! He worked very well with the body shop and communicated with me very well. I was an agent for years and I know good companies and bad. I've been with them for 15 years or so and I'll never switch!
Unbelievably bad
This insurance company sucks. Interactions with them are rude and almost as if they are entitled and annoyed that you are their customer.
