So my dad had cataract surgery done on both eyes in July and he had better vision walking in there than he does currently!! Had to end up getting glasses for blurriness and nearsightedness.....never which he had a problem for until after all this (except the symptoms that cataracts cause). Everything with his eyes has went to hell since July. Can't even see street signs or billboards.....ridiculous!!!! Understaffed and overworked except the young ones always on their phones all day on facebook. There's only a couple of the seasoned workers who carry the load of the rest. The boss should check their Facebook during work hours and discipline accordingly. That's probably why there are so many bad reviews. None of these kids are taking the job seriously and ruining the company. You worked hard for your education, don't throw it down the drain now.

The manager Caesar took $370 from me for glasses which I returned because they gave me migraines, I asked for my money back, they told me lab fees of $283 would not be returned even tho I no longer have the glasses, I will be reporting them to B.B.B today if my money is not returned. They also charged my $200 for frames that are really worth $73 this place is an absolute joke. I'll never do business with them again.

Havent been In years to a eye dr. and i was very comfortable. They were nice and patient and i like my female, short, red head dr lol
The eye exam is affordable if you do not have insurance. My first initial appointment was one year ago. I was called a year later for a follow up appointment, and scheduled it. Due to a family emergency, I missed the appointment. I was sent a bill for 50$ in the mail for missing it. After calling the office and explaining my situation, I rescheduled, and the charge was removed. I appreciate the kind service and understanding of the staff and billing dept. Just be aware. I would recommend them to family or friends.
