Very crappy service. Receptionist seems to be miserable and hate her job. You should treat your clients better after all they do pay your salery. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I too went on Navarre Dr Jones was excellent the girl who does pre exam gave me the best I ever had her name was Janet I believe and Barbara Moses was a big help and very professional
Customer service is bad and contacting them is not very easy, they don't respond and the service drops calls.
Two times I paid what I thought was the final bill only to have another bill asking for more money down the road. Going elsewhere next time.

Ordered my children's glasses a month ago. Still no glasses and no explanation. Will never go here again and will discourage everyone I know from going here.
I go to the Navarre location, and they have been wonderful! I got my glasses in a timely manner and the nurses, doctors and the specialist are all wonderful! Definitely recommend.
This place sucks..they will f**k up your vision worse than when you arrive. They steal your money.. insurance companies and the money out of your pocket (3,000 out of pocket and 1,500 that ins covers)......all for nothing!!!! Terrible experience.
