Midwest has some good employees. Some are so rude and have no business representing a mid west eye institution. I've had nothing but bad experiences. I've been there to pick up my perception and handed the same lenses, never changed. Oops, call me when we get them. Another issue my coating on my lenses was like smeared blurry. I was told that they would have to use my warranty on the new lenses. Finally, I got a call to come pick them up. They brought out a new pair of Ray bands sunglasses. I can not provide a visit review, but what I can provide is the following: Once I said that I was Diabetic, they insistent on a Diabetic Eye Exame (for an additional $250.00), I did not want this, I just wanted the regular eye exame and glasses, They said it was their policy and those were, the rules! in other words they had no legitimate or legally binding reason for their policy. After cataract and laser surgery on one eye my vision is worse with big black blob in half of vision was told it should have helped ... After all the talk an money nothing.. . I will never go back. I'm out 800.00 dollars out of pocket plus what ins. Paid all for nothing. No better than a street thief.
When I turned in my own frames to get new lenses, the company making the lenses broke the frames and then returned them to me. Midwest did not do the right thing and expected me to pay for new frames when I had not broken them. We are taking our business elsewhere.

I had to take a half day off from work to make my son's and myselfs appointment July 18th and we were there for almost 2 and a half hours. Me and my son picked out our glasses and waited, and waited, and waited until o finally told the front desk that I had to get my son to practice and they took the glasses we picked out and said "okay you guys can go and we'll get these ordered for you and it'll take 7-10 business days for them to come in and we'll call you."
