It took 3 weeks to get my glasses. No one gave me an explanation as to why. When i got them, they didn’t check to see if they fit. No one answers the phone when you call. I will never go back there.
this is the best place I have ever been to get glasses. so polite and helpful. really took time to listen to me and what i wanted.love everyone there
Dr. Trump is great, but the girls that work up front need some serious customer service training. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my new glasses because they failed to inform me when I ordered my frames that the frames were back ordered. They didn’t even bother to call to let me know that they’re back ordered. I left 3 voicemails trying to find out the status of my new glasses, but the girls working the desk never bothered to call me back.
