My family and I have had numerous problems at this location. From misdiagnosis, poor quality glasses, improper billing. No longer dealing with Midwest eye consultants
Want to give a big shout out to Dr. Steven A. DeGroff! I purchased a pair of glasses here last year and returned numerous times because I could not see correctly. I ended up tossing them in a drawer because I was not able to get the help I needed to correctly fix the issue. I explained the details to Dr. DeGroff at this year's annual exam. He was very apologetic and worked with me to get the correct prescription lenses in my frames. I am now a VERY Satisfied customer, thanks to Dr. STEVEN A. DEGROFF!!
I really liked Dr Fortkamp they did measure where my bifocals go but didn't get my glasses yet so I guess I will find out I had good results a year year and a half ago
Unfortunately since Midwest eye bought this eye center it is an absolute mess! Unorganized is an understatement. Got new glasses and when ordering nobody marked my progressive line for bifocal. In order to read anything I have to raise my glasses up. Called made an appointment at 1 for someone to fix, waited to get in door because lunch was 12-1 and about 10 after everyone waiting was let in. Temperature was 35 degrees mind you.
