I went in for an eye appointment and was given a stronger prescription for contacts The doctor said to try this and if i didn’t like it to just come back in and she will go with the lower Script. I can usually only make it in on a Saturday. I came back in like i was told i could and they would not give me the sample contact i was told would happen. I would not recommend this place to Anyone
Loved this place before it was taken over by Midwest Eye Consultant (had been going to them for 10 years +). AWEFUL customer service!! Do not recommend them at all!
�Were do I start� Making this short by saying I'm not wasting time on this place worse customer service ever. I use to love this place before Midwest took over. I don't recommend this place at all....
Very poor customer service. Order contacts to be shipped to my house. They was shipped to the store and only one eye. No contact from the store letting me know that they had a problem with back order. When called and asked about them they said they would call back and let me know what was going on. Was never called back. Will not go back and will not send any one here for anything.
The Dr's are very nice and professional, and very thorough with the exams. I felt as though I was in able hands. The office staff are very kind and pleasant, too. Nice selection of frames. I recommend them.
