Lovely offices, intelligent employees and on time service. A+ experience for my first visit.
scheduled at 8 an appointment. Got there to be told by the rude lady at the desk, that she cant find my insurance online. she didnt call them or anything. when I scheduled the appointment they told me no problem that my policy was a no network. so my daughter missed working and the roads are icy and she tells me sorry. she was rude when we walked in so I should have known then. that was lazy of her to waste my time.
