Dr. Norrick and most of his staff is great !! I love it there !! He cares and takes very good care of me. His staff is friendly and caring!! Do to an eye infection I had to go in 3 to 4 times a month for the past 8 months. Dr. Norrick took very good care of me and has been very patient with me. The staff was very nice and respectful. Midwest Eye Consultants has an awesome team of professionals to take care of your vision and eye health. The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions and explain procedures. Dr. Good resolved my visual issues and my prescription is perfect. The frame technician made sure my glasses fit well and included the options I wanted. It was important to everyone at Midwest that I had a positive experience.
I've been going to Dr. Good for years and I love how she takes the time to answer all of my questions. She truly cares for all of her patience. The staff is always friendly and very helpful when picking out glasses. The new location is beautiful and can accommodate numerous patients with a short wait time. I would highly recommend Midwest Eye Consultants in Auburn to anyone!
I've been coming to this place for over 40 years since dr. Johnson started it. the past three pairs of glasses and I've had have always been messed up. quality sure has went downhill. 5 years ago I had to turn my glasses back in because the prescription was upside down. a pair of glasses after that the prescription was all blurry and had to redo it this time everything is fine but my sunglasses have the wrong tint. the lenses for my glasses are too small and wouldn't fit in the frame so they had to be sent back also then the... read more
I called Monday morning to have my prescription faxed. The following Saturday I come to get my glasses made in Fort Wayne because you are not open on Saturdays and not to my surprise there is no fax. Now I have to pay $25 less than I paid there for a new script because I drive truck and am not available during the week. Thank you Eye Glass World of Fort Wayne
