Great customer service! I went in with broken glasses. They couldn't repair them, so they suggested an optical repair place. Saved me a lot of money and frustration. Thank you!
Doctors and staff are pleasant. However, waiting 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time, is very frustrating. They need to work on being more prompt, or schedule appointments further apart.
I have been a patient there for many years. Dr. Trump is terrific and so are the staff. Very professional and very good at fitting glasses and using their expertise to be sure you get glasses that look great and fit your face. Outstanding customer service!
