Worst eye clinic I have ever been to....they were rude and uncaring. One tech took my glasses and put her fingers all over the lenses and handed them back without even wiping them off. And the Dr who dilated my eyes never said a word to me. And when I asked about getting new glasses because my eyes have gotten worse, their rude response was, we dont take your insurance. Yet they took my insurance for my diabetic eye exam.
horrible service !!!!!!! went in 2 months ago still no glasses have called and called they kept saying they are backed up finally my husband called today AGAIN !!!!!! THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED
They were very good with my son who has autism. I thought they were very nice and I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room.
Worst office to deal with. Ordered contacts now for 2 weeks and never to hear from them.
The people were nice this is April 2nd had an eye exam in November I'm still waiting on my glasses I've called I've been told they'll be overnighted I went in there I even suggested two for one I mean as long as I've been waiting this is ridiculous I'm not going to shoot the messenger the girls that work there or nice the doctor that works there is nice but where the money is and what's going on behind the scene I don't know I'm still waiting on my glasses to go somewhere else
Seriously one of the rudest eye center I have been too. Takes forever to get any information you ask for, they promise todo something but never even follow through. More concerned on leaving right at time to leave that they will put anything off for couple days even when you call 4 hours before close! Thank god I got to see their treatment towards patients on my first time visit, most definitely will not be going back.
