Everyone is always friendly, Jen And Dustin went above and beyond to help me. Dr. McKenzie is always nice. I want to thank them and wish Merry Christmas.
Only complaint is the rooms are freezing. Need to turn heat up
From check-in all the way to the actual eye exam from the doctor is a positive experience. Everyone is nice, thorough and professional.
Doctors are very good but scheduling staff are rude, condescending, & insensitive. At this point I'd have a hard time recommending this practice to others due to a few bad apples on staff.
