Terrible customer service from the tech that came to the door. Tried talking over and tried to interrupt me multiple times when I said I didn't want them in my unit. Laughed at me when I said i use better chemicals. Customer service skills of zero. Will tell others of this.
Their exterminator stole my ring called up there and they still haven't called me back saying they would not send him back to my aparment
